Developing for the Mobile Web
The mobile revolution is clearly upon us and it is quite likely that a large number of visitors to your website are coming from mobile devices. Creating mobile-optimized content is no longer an option but rather a requirement.
This session will begin by covering the fundamentals of building mobile-optimized websites using HTML and CSS. From there we will look at how you can effectively incorporate video content into your sites including comparisons between HTML5 and Flash. We will close by looking at situations where using Flash is appropriate in the mobile browser and also how to handle its lack of support on Apple devices.
