Richard Galvan, Mike Chamber, Lee Brimelow, Thibault Imbert, Andrew Shorten, Doug Winnie & the rest of the Adobe team know that face-to-face interaction with the Flash community is what has driven Flash on to being what it is today.
They are constantly listening to suggestions, new ideas and concerns of Flash designers and developers in an effort to further improve what Flash can do.
Richard, Mike, Thibault and the rest of the guys will hold an "open mic", Adobe Town Hall meeting where Flash on the Beach attendees can ask whatever is on your minds, put forward suggestions and generally get to know the people behind Flash.
