You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us by email before September 1st, 2008.
Cancellations can be made within 30 days of registration, until September 1st, 2008. All cancellations will be subject to a £49 processing fee.
Cancellations made after September 1st, 2008 will receive a credit toward a future Flash on the Beach event to the value of your original registration cost.
All "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
All cancellations must be submitted by email or mail. Phone cancellations are not permitted. Confirmation of cancellation will be received via e-mail.
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by Flash on the Beach registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for cancelling your own room and/or flight reservations directly with the hotel or airline carrier.
Please email us when registering or no later than September 8th, 2008 if you have special requests. We'll do our best to accomodate any special requests.
We may photograph or video speakers and attendees for future use in our promotional materials. In registering, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.
