Registration

What You Need

When tickets are being collected at registration, attendees must bring a print-out of their confirmation email, plus one piece of photo I.D. Attendees wishing to register without a print-out of the confirmation email may be asked to wait.

We Recommend

Every year we get the same thing. A thousand people turn up 10 minutes before the keynote and then miss the first 20 minutes of the conference! Often we have something special to show to kick of the event. Every year we try and encourage people to come get their badges, bags, t-shirts and goodies early and give themselves plenty of time to get into the theatre and get settled. We strongly recommend getting your registration out of the way as early as you can.

Amendments to Your Booking

Name Changes

  1. Name changes can be made by notifying us by EMAIL before August 27th, 2010.
  2. Name changes before August 27th, 2010 are free.
  3. Name changes after August 27th, 2010 will incur a £15 administration fee.
  4. Name changes can not be made after September 17th 2010.

Change of Ticket Type

Example of typical change requests:

  1. Changing a 'Standard Ticket' to a 'Flexipass Ticket'
  2. Swapping a workshop booked to a different workshop
  1. Changes to ticket type can be made by notifying us by EMAIL before August 27th, 2010.
  2. Changes to ticket type before August 27th, 2010 are free.
  3. Changes to ticket type after August 27th, 2010 will incur a £29 administration fee.
  4. Changes to ticket type can not be made after September 17th 2010.
  5. Changes to ticket type are only possible if the requested ticket type / workshop is available.

Please Note: All changes are based upon availabilty and are at the discretion of Flash on the Beach.

Cancellation policy

  1. Cancellations must be submitted by EMAIL.
  2. Cancellations made before August 27th, 2010 are Free Of Charge.
  3. No Credit Notes will be issued for future events
  4. All "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
  5. Workshop cancellations are not possible
  6. Phone cancellations are not possible
  7. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent via e-mail.

  1. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by Flash on the Beach registration fees only will be refunded.

Your Responsibilites

Hotel/Flight cancellation

Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for cancelling your own room and/or flight reservations directly with the hotel or airline carrier.

Special requirements

Please EMAIL us when registering or no later than August 27th, 2010 if you have special requests or requirements. Wherever possible, we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Recording

We may photograph or video speakers and attendees for future use in our promotional materials. In registering, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.

Share & share alike

Want to take photos at the conference? - That's cool with us. Obviously, we want you to let everyone know that you shot photos or video at Flash on the Beach, so, feel free to shoot and capture as long as you adhere to these simple rules:.
